Has anyone else tried this stuff besides me on tires? Well, I bought this stuff from my local Dollar Tree store for $1 and tried it on my tires at full strength. Man, this stuff is great with agitation! It literally got my tires looking almost new without any dressing, the very satin look. I could really tell my tires were clean, cleaner than I have ever seen after using a traditional tire cleaner.

This stuff, IMO, is definitely worth a try and for $8 per gallon, it's not too bad. I'm not too sure how strong this stuff actually is (regarding dilutions) but I enjoy using it full strength. :thumb:

I just bought a bottle recently. I'll have to try it. How does it compare to ARO for cleaning tires?

Does it have a dilution ratio? Does it come in a gallon jug or just a spray bottle? Is it already pre-diluted in the bottle itself?
Sorry for the many questions. ha. Just wanted to know.

You know I think we kind of get sucked in by the bottle only costs a dollar thing. If you break down the math sort of like Denzil did its not that great of a deal. I mean its $8 a gallon and you have to use it full strength to get really good cleaning power. I tried diluting it and it just wasn't effective. Now I can buy the APC I use, Super Green Stuff for $12 a gallon but I can cut it 2:1 and it cleans better than the LAs Awesome. Therefore it only costs me $4 a gallon. And actually its really cheaper than that as I buy it in the 5 gallon container for $40 then it makes 15 gallons for $2.67 a gallon. Its good if you get in a pinch and run out of APC but if you break it down most APCs we use, which can be diluted and still have the same power as the LAs Awesome straight, are actually cheaper.

I buy Meg's APC. $13.49 a gallon, comes out to about $.11 an ounce. Makes 11 gallon diluted 10:1. Comes out to be around $2.22 a gallon. I usually just use it for interiors, so I dilute it 10:1.

Totally awesome does have dilution ratios on the side of the bottle. It lists different ratios for different purposes.

I have a bottle but need to try it out. They do have dilution ratios on the side of the bottle. For cleaning tires it is certainly cheaper than something like ARO.

It does have dilution ratios on the side of the bottle but I've never had it be an effective cleaner unless I used it straight.

That reminds me JL, I have to try out the MSSGS as well. I've heard great things of it from you and Heath. LA's Totally Awesome is definitely cheaper than ARO and I'll have to do some comparison testing to see which one is better until I get a hold of some MSSGS.

Buying one bottle of LA's Totally Awesome is definitely worth the try for $1! Of course, if you can find better, go with what works best for you! :headbang:
