If I may say so myself Dave, they are the shit :applause: I have 3 of them, wheel cleaner, clay lube and APC.
I would love to use them for all my spraying needs but to be honest applying tire dressing with one of these things is overkill, as is leather cleaner or glass cleaner. I may grab some more for tire cleaner. Anything that involves lots of spraying these are ideal for.
Hrm, I'd be interested to see how these fair against the Solo sprayers, hehe. I'll have to pick one up to try it out myself.
How's the smell? Hoping the new and improved formulation will come out just as I use my last bit of P21s
Since you have had a chance to use these, aside from the double spray trigger action, what's the skinny on these? Also, what is the OD (outer diameter) on the base? Before I even consider these they must fit in my sprayer cabinet Thanks!
I dont know what to say they are just solid units which work very well. Spraying a wheel down takes 1/2 the time with 1/2 the hand fatigue, same with claying. I also like that they hold more oz. than your standard bottle, means less refilling. The diameter, I have no clue ask Phil, lol. For a storage box or cabinet I think these are too big, I put all my bottles on racks so its not a problem but the large size Kwazar bottles are definitely, large!
Bottle has mL markings in 100mL increments (100 to 1,000mL obviously) and pint markings in quarters up to two pints (4oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, etc. all the way to 32oz). The bottle is very wide. I picked one up today when I stopped by DD (again!) and I'll take some pics vs a 32oz Home Depot bottle and vs a Meguiar's 32oz bottle. Diameter at the base is exactly 4" and slightly narrows all the way to the top. Bottle doesn't sit on the floor, just sits on the outer ring at the bottom so it's less likely to tip over if that matters to you. Gonna try it out with a wheel cleaner tomorrow.
Looks like the Kwazar spraybottles will be a hit in the states. David, what are your thoughts on the Sonax wheel cleaner? I used it in the past, now using the red european P21S Power Gel. IMO the Sonax is a little runny compared to the red P21S. It simply clings better. Performance-wise, I've not made up my mind. I would always agitate it, so it's hard to compare properly. Both are great products. The smell of the Power Gel isn't preferable though.. Kind regards, Ebbe
Thanks for posting this Dave. My bottles are coming today and I can't wait to try them out. I was also thinking about using them for the same applications. I can't wait to try them out with ONR clay lube to see how fast they can cover a panel before claying.
