it was really fun to work on the car. this car belongs to one of my good friend. He normally washes his car, that's it. I saw the whole car was covered by a thin grey layer, looks like a slightly grey car than silver. I was asked to renew the car, at least to look like a silver car.
I tried my best as a amature! hope you enjoy!

first of all, the car after washed, it looked more worse in person:

    Trunk clayed, the clay bar.....:yikes:

many swirls and scratchs around the car, I tried my best to take some pctures, but got not much luck on a silver car:

After polished, the trunk looked much better

No 50/50 shot, since it was really hard to capture with a silver car, i need to learn how to use my DSLR....:sorry:

suddenly, when i was taking some final shots, a grey-silver rsx drove by, a nice comparison on a Grey silver and a pure silver......:yikes::yikes::yikes::yikes::yikes:

Looks great ! Good job. It is hard to capture silver paint swirls. Someone should create a colour die that can be mixed with water that would seep into the swirls ! It would make it so much easier to spot them in a pic and when polishing :p

Nica! I think you should spear head the development of that product :p

Yes, u was depressed before his car was detailed, because her gf just bought a new car, and his paint looked so much dull compare to his GF.
But now, his GF complains to me that his car is much more shiny that hers..........:applause2::applause2:
