Went to BL tonight. Found an electric Karcher for $65 1500 psi. The 1550 psi was $85 so I went with the cheaper one. $20 was a pretty good jump for 50psi and 1/3 the cost of the other one. Happy Detailing! Heath :thumb:
AWESOME! I don't think I saw this one when I was at Big Lots last time. I would have bought that in a heartbeat!
It says in the manual that the cord should be plugged into an electrical outlet and that its not to be plugged into an extension cord. Do you guys use an extension cord???
Good find. I' ve got a Crappy tire version (Simonize) but I'd like to find a foam cannon that fits it. Just got a foam gun and I love it.
I got to try it out today. Worked pretty good. The only thing I didnt like about it was having to carry it around the car and the 3 cords attached to it. I think i'll go to WM and get the extension hosing. Maybe I wont have to move it as much.
FOund the same thing at BL here. They also had a 3.97MR which i think is 1750 PSI and 1.5 GPM compared to the 1.3GPM and 1500psi. Which should i go for. The 2.26 i think was 65ish and the 3.97 was around 100 ???
Richy, I may have found a solution for our Simonize cannon problem... And for the karcher, is there a way to hook up a foam cannon? That's usually what, I feel, makes you look good infront of the neighbors.
I'm waiting to hear too...I just got a foam gun, so unless it can put a consistency of damn near shaving cream, I'll stick with what I've got. I put quick-connects on all my ends so it's no biggie to switch between the pw and the fg.
