Karcher issues

Ok, went to use my Karcher and I plugged it in, had the water hooked up and nothing happened, the motor did not even kick in. I hit the reset button on the cord and still nothing.

Am I missing something? or is it dead?

 

And you are sure the outlet you are using is in good working order?

 

Ive tried it in 3 different outlets.........

 

I had a small problem like that as well with mine but all I did was disconnect it reconnect it and then push the reset button turned the off and on switch and it solved the problem.

 

i mean if it worked well last time you used it i dont think it would just die, maybe the cord?

 

ok......... i feel like a total idiot. my wife said she used it the other day and "turned if off"

yeah, Ive had this for maybe a year and honestly never have "turned it off", just unpluged it..................
