Karcher 5.740. Will my MTM foam cannon work with it?

I'm looking at the 5.740 Karcher, but I don't see any info on if I can use an attachment with the standard quick connects with it. I have seen people foaming with the Karcher, but it appears that they are using Karchers foamer. If I understand correctly, Karcher uses their own type of connections. I plan on upgrading the front connection to a brass quick connect from HD like most people do with it, but can anyone tell me if I can do that with the rest of the connections as well?

There are probably a dozen different fitting available with foam cannons now so more than likely one will work with your Karcher. Have a look here at Autoobsessed for the assortment that are available.
