Alright I was dying to try out my Dodo Rubbish Boys Juiced Edition since the Original Edition looked so incredible on the wife's Volvo. They are calling for rain all day tomorrow so my detail today rescheduled so I had a chance to Juice my Jeep.

I washed it with a strong mixture of CGs Citrus Wash n Gloss with the foam cannon. After a wash, clay, and dry I used the Flex and a white 5.5" LC CCS pad with a little DG 501. 501 is the BEST paint cleaner bar none! I knew there would be no signs of the former LSP. Prior to today the LSP of choice on the Jeep was JetSeal and Pete's 53. I really like this combo on the Jeep.

Well after the 501 I put on a layer of JetSeal. I really love the look of a sealant and especially JetSeal. My cars will always have a sealant on them because I love the look and durability. After seeing so many of FMINUS' details and the success he has with Jetseal followed up with a premium nuba I have made it a part of my regimen. After the Jetseal it was time for some Rubbish Boys!!

I loved the look of the Original Edition on the Volvo and contemplated putting it on the Jeep but I just had to try the Juiced Edition. Ben (the creator) had told me that Original Edition gives really great depth and glow and he was spot on! He also told me that the Juiced Editon gave the paint more clarity...sort of like a sealant!:yikes: Did someone say like a sealant...well oh yeah lets get it on!

Well I'll do a comparison as well as a review of the Juiced edition here. Right off the bat you can tell that the JE is softer than the OE, and I mean considerably softer. JE also smells like a sherbert where as the OE is more Lemony orange. I heated up a 3" red pad with a hair dryer (thanks for the tip Nica) and rubbed it in the JE and it just melted into the pad. It went on easier than Souveran which is saying something. I put it on thin and waited about 10 minutes and buffed it off. It came off as easy or easier than Souveran too. The JE is much more user friendly than the OE but the OE is definately worth the little extra work. The JE just glided onto the paint and wiped off with ease. After a final buff I realized that Ben really knows how his waxes react. The Jeep didn't have near the depth or glow of OE but boy did it have clarity. Again it holds true that the Jeep like the Volvo had never looked as good as it does now with a coat of Rubbish Boys! Well here are the after pics:

I realized the sun was creating some killer lighting so I snapped a few pics of both Rubbish Boys in action. Original Edition on the Volvo and Dodo Juiced Edition on the Jeep. Both Boys are looking rather Ruud as P1et would say.:thumb: Ben you and Dodo did an awesome job on these waxes!

Al I think this might be a nuba that you really would like.

I hear ya joe p. The wife said the same thing when I asked her which one looked better.

Sparkie I've been on my 7 day break and I did 3 other details along with the ones you mentioned. March has/will be a very busy month! And yes the Juiced Edition goes on and off as easy if not easier than Souveran.

That is my fave too P1et!

Thanks Gary I like the way you put that...got a nice ring to it :applause2:!

Wolf I hate you and when I tell my wife it's because of you i want this stuff... well she's gonna hate you too!!!!

IDK bout the Juiced Edition, IMO it kinds has that plasticy Zaino look... I definately like that deep warm look, but none the less, looks excellent!!!

Oh yeah, what we were talking about topping Al-53 sealant with each, you should do 50/50 on the hood of the stealth and see if you can see a difference

Thanks I think I agree with you

Ha Ha you got to buy some now!:p: I'll tell your wife I don't know anything about such "Rubbish".

    Thanks!

It does give some great reflections. If that's what you like the Juiced Edition is perfect.

    Thanks bro!

    I thought so! :headbang:

Thanks pirex and yes you definately should get you some Rubbish Boys. The Original can be an awesome addition to your collection and it gives an incredible look. Juiced does too but a totally different great look.

Man I hope the dream involved gorgeous scantily clad women applying Rubbish Boys to the Volvo!

    Thanks!

Thanks Ben it was a joy to work with both of these waxes and you certainly know everything about them! Looks like you might be getting some orders :thumb:! Folks you couldn't go wrong with either wax just depends what look you like best. Of course you can always get both!
