i was wondering if there is a just as good alternative to P21S Total Auto Wash.

i read some people are using Bit Ham Surfex Hd and Autoglym PW3 too. any other cost effective products out there?

I've been pretty happy with the CG products

    Grime Reaper
    Orange Super Degreaser
    Yellow APC

Grime reaper is amazing and taking off bugs.

S100 is a good alternative, about half the cost..and is usually found at Harley dealers..or on Amazone for some really good prices..

How long do you allow GR to dwell on the panels you spray it on??

I hardly have to at 4:1 dilution. I usually spray and let it dwell while I prepare my buckets or something.

Pretty sure on the bottle of CG Grime Reaper it says it should not be used on paint.

Look into Meguiars, Optimum, and 1z for other degreasers.

I'll look when I get home -- but I haven't seen anything like that on the bottle. I've used it on paint many times. If it's safe for clearcoated wheels it should be safe on paint.

Tropi-Care Citrus wash is a great alternative for LSP stripping, and it's more cost efficient too.

I guess it depends if you like 7th Heaven.... I'll leave it ambiguous.

Surf City Garage Road Trip Grime Destroyer is pretty good as well, dilute 1:1 or less. I can't stand how long it takes me to say one of their product names!

I had 5L of Blitz and to be pretty honest I wasn't very happy with it. It took FOREVER to rinse away and it's cleaning power wasn't awe inspiring. Maybe my standards were high -- but I felt let down with the product.

Thats what i am talking about. TAW does work just like it says. The only down side is cost of the product and shipping. thanks for the headsup on the Blitz. i just went to DD and the 2.6 gallon is going for 75.00 while the TAW is going for 70.

I used Blitz neat, 1:1, 2:1 and 4:1 and was never pleased with it.
