My truck wheels were clean in the fall and after months of neglect and 7 months of snow, salt, ice, sand, and brake dust, my wheels are covered in iron rust spots. I have had some sucess with Ardex Buster wheel cleaner, Sonax Full Effect wheel cleaner, and Mothers Chrome wheel cleaner. But 90% of the spots are still there, any suggestions?

You could give iron x a shot. And even try claying them.

Iron X should clean those up for you.

That looks like corrosion. Being as the wheels are chrome, use a mild acid to remove the dirt etc. My guess is that you will find the wheels need refinishing. Chrome wheels should NEVER be run in the winter. It is extremely soft and once you get a chip in the finish, water, salt etc can easily get under the chrome and voila!, your wheels are done. Have them refinished with basecoat / clearcoat and they will last forever. Sorry bud.
