Interesting. You might have answered this in another thread, but any plans for polishing pads down the road?

Just about a week late, just got some others - d'oh. How are these different (or are they) from other MF pads on the market?

okay, i've barely gotten my time in with regular pads and have begun understanding them....can someone give me a quick rundown of what microfiber pads equate to? as in, what they're used for and their advantages? sorry if it's a dumb question, just curious to try them out.

    Thanks!

from what I'm guessing* I think they can cut really nicely, and yet finish to LSP or almost LSP ready stage. Pretty sure that was the design behind them. I believe between the polishing and cutting pads, is the backing foam that the microfibre is mounted on. Firm for cut, and softer for polish I believe?

The finishing foam pads tend to finish better from my experience especially on soft paint

may I ask what is a point of using mf cutting pads over foam pads? Am I missing something?

I find they cut more, are easier to clean, and dust less. They finish down pretty well too, so a lot of times you can get away with just a 2 step.
