I'm considering switching to GEICO from Ameriprise for my car insurance since the premiums from Ameriprise are astronomical with my moving soon. Anybody have any insight on GEICO good or bad? Any other suggestions for providers? I'm 24 so that's my one downfall right now but otherwise I have a clean record (knock on wood).
Amica may not be the cheapest but they have the best customer service IME and according to several body shop guys I've spoken with. AllState, on the other hand, has a far from stellar reputation. I don't have any experience with GEICO.
