Well acually four big things. I was contracted to do full details on four Gulfstream Jets.:thud: I should be starting on the first one in a few weeks. This is going to be interesting. I'll need a 55 Gal. drum of sealant to cover all four.:gasp: I'll post plenty of pics. Wish me luck. Thanks, Richie and no Phil... I won't be using Crystal Rock for these. : LOL!
Thanks guys! Yukon, I have been looking at a company called Jetstream Aviation Products. I'll do some more research and look at Rejex. Thanks! :goodn:
Wow..good for you! I wouldn't even know how to quote on a job that big. Looking forward to seeing some pics.
Wow your in for a heck of a detail. Detailing planes is nothing compared to a vehicle...I mean the concept is the same but planes are really, really tough. I've only detailed one small air plane my self and boy that was quite the experiance. I've done quite a few fire trucks and even those big rigs don't pose a challenge like the air planes do...but that's just my experiance. I look forward to the detail and don't hold back on the pictures Good luck.
Hello Rich I myself will be doing some jet's but they are 2 citation jets and im not sure of the 3 . what are you charging if you dont mind me asking
Hey Express! Sorry I didn't get back to this post earlier. I will probably charge an hourly rate, I'm thinking $75hr. That way it's fair to both me and the client and the final cost is up to the client based on how far they want me to go. Good luck!
I should be heading down to South FL in the next couple of weeks to see what condition they are in and see what I will be getting myself into.
