I left it hanging like this, which I think is the cause. because the sprayer is a two piece just like Kwazar , but build quality is yet to be determine . cuz I got a Kwazar from DD phil n its still working!

first bottles i got were from jeffers equine horse supplies. was told over net that they were kwazar bottles. 1 of the 6 broke just like yours. others hanging in there fine. they dont have the vitron seals though. now have phils l litre and .5 liters and no problems what so ever. horse ones were dirt cheap. 4.25 each for 1 litre so not a big loss for me. i saved the bottle for sure

Overtime you are using a Kwazar, just orange. You cannot leave the Kwazar bottles like that because we have a new product called gravity that separates that exactly where you have seen it separate - our twist on sprayers dont separate. Pull on blue ones enough times and they do the same. Add moisture to anything and it becomes even slippery.

I use the Orange ones because 17 dollar bottle is way too much cost. I also use a pump sprayer(held in hand) so I pump 4 times and can cover half a car with super fine claying mists. I personally prefer pump style if I have to cover area.

Look here http://www.detailingbliss.com/forum/tools-accessories/18757-double-action-sprayer-2.htm#post240714 and you will see that the bottle is the same.

I also use the regular gray viton sprayers too, and viton is NOT breakdown proof only resitance to acids or super strong solvent only the metal ones of old last. Many say "rinse out" but if you use strong acid even if you use Viton you have to rinse.

You can change your viton to your 5 dollar kwazar and recap the adjustable twist for spray pattern. Still saving 10 dollars :D

Beware guys, lots of good stuff out there that doesnt cost lots of money. Marketing is feeding alot of people higher cost items.

Marketing does a good job of that... but you know why Phil gets my money... SERVICE, and you can't blow any amount of smoke up anyones ass to fake that.

Those bottles looks identical to the Kwazar Mercury Pro I bought in Poland. The head does separate, it snaps into the bottle neck, but I have not had any issues with them separating while hanging...
