So I was at the cherry blossom festival with the girlfriend this weekend when I get a call from my bank saying there were questionable purchases with my check card and come to find out someone got my card number and emptied my whole checking account. I'm in college and this was all I had, granted I will get the money back in 10 days I still feel so violated. If I only had the opportunity to be in a locked room with that person... Screw all those out there who feel like they can take away what other people work hard for!
Had the same thing happen to me. My credit card company caught it before the charges went through. Sorry to hear of your troubles. At least you do get your money back. Conflicker was the virus that was supposed to start on April 1st.
Oh man i really hate to hear this, people like this want to make me puke...after you get them in the locked room, i would like a go at them.
yeah I just actually accepted a job post graduation today and once I start earning my salary I will be putting it into savings and keeping my checking minimal.
Tough to hear man, but good to know it's coming back to you. That's why I only have 5 bucks in my checking...yea that's why......:waiting2:
just talked to my local branch and apparently its a 2 week period before I can my money back. That's gonna put a hold on ordering supplies for a bit... bummer. If I were in the locked room with the person my first words would be... "you dirty ***** you, I couldn't buy detailing supplies for 2 damn weeks, that's a finger and toe for everyday you made me wait"
Sorry to hear that, this happened to me as well but the amount was very minimal...just a couple of bucks but I can understand how you feel. Glad to hear your getting your money back :comfort:
