You have to make it yourself. You can't order it.

I used to order 3 Mc Chickens and 3 Double Cheese burgers for lunch but I never put them together.

I don't know, I've given up on fast good burgers...I just make my own and I enjoy it much more and most importantly I know what's in it...I do the same with Pizza, I used to order so much it was shocking, now the misses makes pizza and I love it and prefer home made over fast food or ordering...but form time to time it's nice to take the family out for a nice dinner.
