Huge Props For Phil!

I wanted post this here, to make sure it received the appropriate amount of traffic. I just wanted to say thanks to Phil for being an incredible seller. I placed my first with him yesterday, and I have to say the customer service was absolutely FIRST RATE! Big time kudos to Phil!!!!!

 

Phil is da man! He has always been great with my orders as well.

He is an awesome vendor, I have been dealing with him for quite some time now and is always there when you have a question that needs to be answered. Everything he does is done in more than a timely manner. You just can not say enough good things about Phil.

 

Yeah Phil has been great for me too! I think he has multiples because there is no way he can ship stuff out that fast and post on here!

 

Awesome guy. Would love to thank him in person some day. Great sales, outstanding service, and answers all the questions I ask him, even if its like 10 in one email.

The first time I ordered from Phil, I was, like so many people new to this, a bit awestruck by the huge array of products available. So, we arranged a time for me to talk with him on the phone. This guy spent nearly an hour with me on the phone, answering all my questions.

I've never been anything other than thrilled with his customer service and attention to detail. His website is VERY well laid out - which is all too uncommon. It even works on my iPhone! And, importantly, I *know* I can order anything in his catalog with confidence. He doesn't sell anything that doesn't work. I've managed to get a couple of my friends started on keeping their cars nice, and I've told them - you'd be stupid to order anywhere else.

So thanks Phil for being a sponsor we can count on.

 

Detailersdomain is great... fast shipping... great service and his sales don't have a laundry list of 'restrictions'.
