How to use AG Interior Shampoo?

I bought a jug of this stuff to use as a multipurpose interior cleaner, probably will be going through quite a bit of it.

Ken advised me to do a 10:1 ratio of the stuff, I thought ok, seems easy enough. Then I got home. 10:1 and then what? Do I put it in a spray bottle to spray and wipe? Do I put it in a small bucket? Do I drench the stuff(maybe not drench, but you get my point)? Shouldn't I be doing things differently between dashboard plastics/cloth seats/leather seats/cloth wrapped surfaces? :thud:

I would say spray and wipe as with most cleaners lol

Spray, scrub with AG Hi-tech pad if you have it or a brush and wipe, just like any other cleaner. I love the stuff and actually find it to be pretty potent stuff, even at 10:1.

What if he can't find a AG Hi-tech pad?

Do you mean AG super interior clean or AG interior cleaner? I was told by AG rap that interior cleaner was meant to use at full strength so I din try diluting. If AG interior cleaner is what you refering to then i will try diluting it as well. Super Interior Clean on the other hand was very concentrated and suppose to use diluted.

I have been using the super interior cleaner for a few months now, very good cleaner. I have used with and without a hi tech pad

Put it in a spray bottle, spray onto the surface or onto a MF and wipe down. For dirtier interiors, you can go down to 4:1 without issue. 10:1 or even 8:1 is fine for maintenance type stuff.

This is exactly what I do.

If the surface is really bad, I spray it on and use the tampico scrubbing brush to loosen the dirt.

I made two bottles of this stuff at 10:1 and 4:1 and honestly, 10:1 does the trick well. I haven't even touched the stronger 4:1 yet.

Go use it man! It's very good stuff. Loved it so much the first time I bought it in a 16oz bottle that now I have a couple of gallons of it.

If he doesnt have the pad he can use a brush.

I know ken is testing/working on getting an alternative to the AG hi-tech pads as they are discontinued.

Would an old MF cloth I use to do multipurpose cleaning on the interior work on seats and arm rest? Or should I be bothering Ken some more for a brush? Granted its quite dirty, especially the arm rest, I put something close to 25,000km a year on the truck, rain or shine.
