Hey guys, a couple of months ago I pulled a huge rookie mistake. I was applying Prima Epic to my car, BMW 323i, and a couple of days pass and I see some major trim staining. I must admit I was embarrassed, but I don't know how to get rid of the staining. I can post pictures if anyone wants them, I just want them to go away. I have tried soaking the trim in P21S Total Auto Wash and got nothing. Ideas are welcome! Thanks guys, Elliott.

try some Autoglym Vinyl Rubber Car / Adam's Vinyl Rubber Tire / CG VRP / black wow on the trim and see if it'll get the shine back (or original look).

Black wow is just a dressing, it'll hide the stain temporarily, not remove it

    I use stoner xenit

Here is one week cured BFWD

    And after.... no dressing applied

Domino, is the Xenit a citrus based cleaner or what? It worked, obviously. But my only fear is that since I have had this staining issue since circa october that it will be a beast to remove. Thanks, Elliott

I think people have tried peanut butter with some luck, although that might just work for nubas..

Duragloss has a wax eraser for trim and it works well. I have also used magic eraser and KRUD KUTTER for removing paint from trim.

Gtechniq C4 after wiping the stains with a few rounds of strong IPA would do the trick.

Like many of you, I have gone through a lot of trim dressings. Ultima Tire and Trim was the best until I found Gtechniq C4. Said to last 30k miles.
