thats a lot of ponies!. Lots of HP is fine, but its totally useless if it cant be transferred to the ground. Im surprised car companies are making vehicles with this much HP... actually seeing how its all American auto makers, maybe im not surprised. to each their own.
I make 540 RWHP and can't put it down with street tires, but from a 15-25 roll or 55 it is allot of fun. The ZL1 and Z/28 are better track cars, the Shelby is more is more for drag racing, let's see how the Challenger turns out.
very interested to see what the Z06 is like with more power, From what I have heard (I haven't driven one) it has "Plenty of Power" so with the few extra horses under the hood it should be interesting to see what its like (I'm assuming insane!) as for the GT350 i'm interested as well, imo the 661hp in the '13 GT500 was just too much in my opinion so the GT350 should be interesting with it being paired with the IRS.
I use it all the time on the streets and on tracks. ETown Raceway has a road course and drag strip and NJ Motorsports Park has two tracks. As far as the streets, merging on a highway and passing is a ton of fun with that much HP.
