Honesty goes a long way ...

    Just posting this 'cause I'm really happy with Justin's products and customer service. I placed a small order early in the morning today. By noon, I had a paypal refund of a few bucks. I was wondering if the prices on the items I purchased were incorrect (some of them are currently on special). I decided to send him a PM to inquire about the refund and he immediately responded.

    I was charged too much for shipping and he refunded me the difference.

    This is what I call great customer service ... I'm glad that Justin and all the other vendors on this website have outstanding customer service. I have also had great service from Ken and Phil.

    Just talk to him ... I own all the MF's that he sells and I'm extremely happy with their performance (no lint issues, great feel, don't scratch/marr paint, etc.). I'm planning on ordering pig spit after I get done with the two cans of CD-2 I still own.

    Quality customer service right there! In that one honest act alone i think Justin has gained a further more loyal customer (Gianni). Good stuff!

    That's great to hear. Thanks for sharing Gianni...all too often just negative stuff gets broadcast...this was a refreshing change.
