These car were done for the same owner so I figured I'd just group them together in one article. First up is the husbands 2012 ActiveHybrid 7. The owner actually had this car for a couple months before I could fit it into my schedule. He said he had only used touch-less washes but that it had been prepped by the dealer, and apparently it saw a few swirl-o-matic washes prior to delivery as well. It was originally scheduled for a 1-step correction, but upon dropping it of it was clear that it would need much more correction work than that.

Next up is the wife's 650i Convertible. They opted for the European delivery on this one so it was some time after I did the 7 Series before that it came in. This one was in a little better shape as the owner asked for it not to be detailed and I got it the very next day after it arrived. However, there were still a few areas where someone had done some aggressive polishing which left behind some moderate/heavy marring. Otherwise a light 1-step polish cleared most everything up.

It was hard to capture in the pics but IronX was doing work and there was a fair amount of contamination on the paint.

Spot correction was done with M105/foam/rotary followed by Optimum Hyper Polish/foam/DA

that's pure awesomeness, great job Rasky. How awesome would it be if they were allowed to keep the Euro plates on.

That dark blue is so nice on the 7-series. Nice that you had a lift!

    Thanks guys!

I do have a client with a 335 that runs around with the Euro on the front. Not sure if he's been pulled over with it that way though. ;)

That thing was a tank and barely fit on the lift! I had to reposition it several times to get it dead centered! BIG car! :)

Thanks! Now I just need to learn how to use it better. :)

some states (florida) dont require a front plate so you can put whatever you want on the front :headbang:
