Help getting an electric pressure washer

Hello,

I want to get an electric pressure washer (just for my car) and I have no clue what to get. I'm not looking for the high end ones that cost a lot, I'm just looking for a one that wouldn't break after few times. I saw a Simpson 1700 psi at Costco today but I'm not sure if it is good!

You cannot go wrong with a K'archer. I would stay between 1600-2000psi, enough to take the dirt off but not enough to take off the paint. You'll definitely want to get a foam lance in the initial purchase as well. The length of the hose may seem like a small thing, but when you have to truck your pressure washer around every time you want to hose down a different part of the body it gets old really quick...I also suggest either getting the hose extension right away, or get a washer with a nice long hose.

 

Karcher K5.85M+, Have it, love it. It's a little more industrial than the usual karcher.
