    Hi guys,

Im going to purchase car shampoo, Im using Opt car wash and only left 1/3L. Wanna to try new car shampoo. My option is as follow:

    CWG
CWC ( first edition which not show on CG website)
    DG #901 car wash

Im going to choose one of them ... Of course, I had read many reviews abt car shampoo, it like 3 above listed were among most popular in DB.

    thanks & Pls comment

CWC First Ed - a stripping wash, would not be a good replacement for Opt Wash.

If you want to try a soap to replace your opt I would go with DG, as it is a mild wash that will not strip protection. CWG is nice, but I do not like how the gloss enhancers leave a film that needs to be buffed, I rather QD after washing than have my wash do both.

For stripping or just maintenance washes???

The CWC (not the original formula) and CWG are both very good when diluted to maintenance concentrations (0.25oz per gallon). So both end up being pretty cost effective as well. As agpatel mentioned, the original CWC would probably be too much for maintenance washing.

Never tried the DG#901 but tons of great reviews on it.

Another great Shampoo is P21S. One of my favorites and should be tons of good feedback on the forums as well.

Ive used 901 for the last year, except I buy it by the gallon locally. It puts washes like Megs Gold class to shame, good stuff, never used Chem guys.

A paint cleaner, or a AIO can strip previous LSP off the paint as it will do this chemically or via abrasives.

901 is a great shampoo right on par with the OPT car wash you are using now. They are great choices for maintenance washes.

But like everyone else said, the citrus washes are typically used by everyone to strip w/e LSP is left.

Otherwise STRONG concentrations of many shampoos can have a stripping effect especially if LSP is near its end - especially since there is always agitation anyway so consider that when purchasing too since you have mentioned using an AIO anyway.

thanks for ur input. Yes, P21S is very good shampoo, but its very difficult to get from my country, so I dont list it. There is limited brand available in Indonesia.
