Hawaiian Island Shine ??? Any feedback?

Hi,

Who is Hawaiian Island Shine? Do they make good products?

Amazon carries them directly and some of their products randomly get their prices dropped like crazy from the original price.

For example, their Satin Finish Tire Dressing is now $3.53 so I ordered a bottle, with my Prime Account it was free 2-day shipping and it just came today.

Their Cherry Wet Wax is currently going for $3.73 per 16oz bottle. I'd buy it but I don't need another LSP on my shelf. The Trim Dressing is $6.49 for 16oz, etc. etc.

Anybody ever tried anything from them? Amazon seems to sell their entire lineup but no user reviews or anything. I can hardly find another online store that sells their products, either.

haven't heard anything about them, but a lot of the bulk detailing suppliers have a cherry wax.

That's their main website. I know Pakshak sells their Water Spot Remover, but that's it. Can't find any other info or reviews or anything.

vtec, you ever heard of them? They are obviously based out of Hawaii but never ever heard of them.

 

yeah i've heard of them for sure. I have not seen a place where i personally am that carries there stuff but at the same time i'm not looking to much for stuff since i order a lot off line or from Ranney at the pakshak.

I have however seen some pretty good results with the water spot remover they have from a buddy of mine. It really couldn't hurt to try some of their products though especially if they are on sale for that little of a price. May be the best $4 or so you ever spent.

BTW how did you get that preferred account thing with Amazon?

 

They have their products in a few retail stores around town. Only tried their water spot remover which by the way is a great product.
