I couldnt find these answers anywhere so I thought I would post a new thread.

I was contemplating between using OC2.0 or HB and ended up choosing Hard Body. I also got rim shield for my wheels.

Can HB be used on glass or hard plastic? I know OC2.0 can and I don't really want to buy a new product for each part of the car if HB will work too.

Glass, maybe. But plastic, I'd say no, because it doesn't say its made for it like OC does. Personally I like the idea of dedicated products better than a single product for everything. But that's just me.

Its not recommended for glass, but I have seen it done.

Yes, OC2 can be used on glass. I do all glass when Opti coating cars. I also have had it on my windshield for about 3 months with no issues. Just make sure there are no high spots which could potentially distort your vision.

Don't sue HB on glass because the gloss enhancers in it will smear! On plastic you can try it, but there's a reason we have dedicated sealants for each surface and it's not just to make money ;). We study these things very in depth ;)
