Has anyone used the Gtechniq G1 Cleavision Smart Glass coating? I just used it, for the first time, and I must say it is a pain in the butt to remove the residue. I'm wondering if I did something wrong or if thats how it is supposed to be. The product is two parts. The first it the actual coating and the second it the residue remover. I applied 3 coats of the first part, as per the directions and waited the required 15 minutes. It then states to apply the residue remover and quickly buff off. The buffing off part is more like scrub as hard as you can to get the stuff off. Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem.

Same thing happened to me. I don't care for it for that reason. I use Adams glass sealant, it's easy to use and works great.

It is tough to buff and I have bad wiper hop/judder/stutter to boot

Thankfully, it never rains in California
