Decided to pop into Harbor Freight, found some great stuff.

The Collinite 476 was a bargain, I think it was $8.95 for a pot. How can you go wrong?

I picked up the wheel brush and the lug nut brush as well. The wheel brush is nice as it fits in between the caliper and the wheel better than the EZ Detail Brush.

You could have bought all those 476 tins and sold them for $12 or $13 bucks a pop, and you would have made a (small) profit while hooking others up at a lower price than most e-tailers. :shead:

This was my first time in Harbor Freight, they had some cool stuff! This was only a small selection of stuff I thought was cool.

The brush reminded me of the brush that I bought from Phil, just a little smaller. Still nice with the wooden handle and everything.

I was thinking about that! It showed as $12.99 on the sticker, but when it was rang up as the register, it was $8 something. I thought about going back and getting more, but I doubt they'll sell out anytime soon!

Haha, no. Just bought the Collinite! The Turtle Wax was probably more expensive, hahaha...

The Harbor Freight Store in our area does not seem to have the selection as you. Ours is more just tools.

Look down the aisle that has automotive, like bodywork hammers and such. I go to Harbor Freight about once every two weeks, and even signed up for their email coupons. They have great bargains.
I've bought 5" rotary BPs, wheel brushes, magnifying lenses, Collinite 845, the cheap Chicago rotary (19.99), Plast-X, garage hangars, latex gloves, tool bags, Nitrile gloves, knee pads, ALL on sale. I LOVE that place.
One thing though. Keep in mind, most stuff they sell is made in China, and is not the best quality. As long as you go in with that in mind, you'll be OK in there. :)
One the other hand, a lot of "good" quality things I buy are made in China, possibly out of the same factories.

The wheel brush's bristles felt too stiff for me. I would have thought that it would be to aggressive and scratch the wheel?

Thats what I thought, my wheels are clearcoated and expensive so I'm not gonna risk it.

I did pick up some aquapel but that stuff is $$$$$$ i think i'll stick with my IG

There's a similar brush at Autozone for $4.99 but with softer bristles. I have both the Autozone and the HF one, and I always reach for the Autozone brush.
