Got Wax Banned?

um, any explanation? what he do. was looking through threads and seen this.

 

Whoa!! You're right, that's odd. I hope it's not true, I enjoy reading his posts and find them very informative.

 

Nica probably had a very good reason, as this would not happen out of the blue. I'm sure all will be explained.

 

Hmm, it was a bad night last night it seemed like, first Norcal Bob because of what he wrote, then Andy...

Too bad about Norcal Bob. We should start a petition to reinstate his membership.

Maybe. I'm just not going to go into it more than that. Carlos did what he needed to, and got rid of the drama. No need for us to start talking about it when it's done and over with, ya know?

 

My guess would be because of the pictures with the cash but i really don't see anything wrong with hard earned cash

 

I wasn't able to get on last night, but was there some drama between them both? I don't an explanation, just a yes or no. Also, was Norcal Bob banned as well?

Him and Nocal Bob along with dsms didn't seem to get along that well in another thread not too long ago. I wouldn't be surprised if something was said between them. Now I know Norcal Bob is a nice guy in general, but I won't go around pointing fingers at anyone.

 

Carlos won't be explaining why someone got banned, I had a discussion with him before, he keeps it private.

Yep. Carlos wants no drama on his forum. I agree with that policy, as drama detracts from the purpose of Detailing Bliss.

Unfortunately, sometimes those that break the rules must pay the price.

Just an arguement between the two was bringing too much drama to the boards. I hope DSMS stays, I know him and Bob worked together and such.

Got Wax was an *** IMO. All he does is blatantly flash how much money he charges his customers but never posts any write-ups or pictures of anything besides how much he made. That's something I'd expect out of a kid in 6th grade. In case you guys don't know him, he's been banned from a bunch of other forums too. I've seen what he's said and the guy really is a d***.

I personally think it is best to keep your salary private, regardless wheather you made it detailing a car, or on your "other" full time job...people get jelous...and start hating you...

 

I don't think the money in and of itself had anything to do with it.

I feel that we as detailers don't really care about how much one person makes on a detail. What's important is the results. It rubbed me the wrong way too when I saw only a pile of money, but no pics of the car, process, before/after, etc. Who cares if you got paid 2 grand? I want to see the finished product!

P.S. I see this thread heading southwards very quickly. And as such, I'm not going to post in it anymore. Things are going to get out of hand fast.
