Hi Guys, I have tried Gloss It Signature Wheel Gel, TRV, and Signature Tire Gloss and I've been very happy with all of these products. TRV & Signature Tire Gloss make for a killer combo on my tires. How is their Gloss Enhancer QD? I'm tempted to order a few bottles during their Labor Day sale....any info on durability of the QD? How are their sealants and polishes? Thanks, Emile
It's an excellent QD. The only thing that I don't care for is the price. It's on the expensive side and I feel that there are comparable QD's out there that are more cost effective.
i recently picked up a bottle of the QD, and it is awesome stuff! best dust repellent QD ive used to date!
The poilishes and QD are goood products. The polishes have a rotary learning curve though, but on a pc they work well.
The QD is great and I do agree it is a little pricey. I also agree with the learning curve with the polish systems and I have been detailing for 20 years. All in all it is a great line and I am trying all of the products at my detail shop. I will try to post my results soon if you care to know.
Although on the pricier side, the products do work very well. The polishes work well with PCs but there is a learning curve required if you use them with a rotary.
The QD is amazing stuff, my favorite. One of the best out there imo, the wetness, depth, and shine it adds is amazing and makes flakes pop.
And believe it or not, The QD is amazing on Granite counters, Wood furniture and Stainless steel appliances too. I am serious. I dont put it on my car because I am not sure it works well as a weekly topper over carnuba. I like the Zymol Detailer for that. I hope to try the Swissvax Nano soon.
I have been using my Gloss It Quick Detailer for 2 years now and I have to say it is the best QD I have ever experienced. It has really good cleaning ability, you can overapply it to the point of it being silly and it will not smear, it is also dilutable to 1:1, and leaves a great slick finish. I bought a 3 pack when they first introduced it for $20 and still have a bottle and a half left (used almost every day on 3 cars). The one drawback to me is that it does not bead very well but still, it is one of the best QDs out there in my opinion. I cannot share the same enthusiasm for their polishes, no matter how much Richy tried to help me on my Saab it would never work.
Christian, you can dilute it 1:1 and still use it as a QD? How did you find out about that? And why do you say that the QD doesn't bead water very well? I read a review saying that the water beads for around 3 weeks and GI claims it offers real UV protection.
This is an awesome QD. I love that it works very well even in extreme heat. I just wish it came in a gallon at a discounted price.
That's the first thing I thought too. "Yikes, kinda expensive.. they could cut down if they didn't give you a billion spray bottles"
It still works just the same as a non-diluted sample but I just ended up using it all without diluting anymore. I should say that it does bead, but it is more like traditional sealant beading where it is pretty flat and mostly sheets. That said, it is an amazing QD and it will last a very long time which makes it worthwhile in my opinion!
Awsome QD! Its also amazing on glass and wheels as well. I use it to wipe down after a wash but before my LSP, then again after my LSP has cured. Great cleaning power and protection!
