This saw a trip out to Oxfordshire. Was booked in for a protection detail with a single stage machine polish. Car on arrival: Wheels cleaned with Valet Pro Bilberry and assortment of brushes All tar was removed from inners using Tardis Some sticky backing from weights also were removed After Vehicle was then given a foam with Powermax 3 and worked into all panel gaps, emblems and door shuts and rinsed before a second coat of foam was applied. Vehicle was then washed with a Lambs Wool washmitt and shampoo plus using TBM. This was followed by spraying all lower panels with Tardis to remove the large amounts of tar before claying. As this was only booked in for only a single stage machine polish I opted to use Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Pro and a 3M polishing pad. This done a very good job of clearing up all the light swirling and leaving a high gloss. Vehicle was then waxed using Swissvax Divine and topped with Zaino Z8. Tyres, arches and all exterior trim dressed with Swissvax Pneu. Wheels sealed with Zaino CS. Exhausts cleaned with Autosol and wire wool As always thanks for looking:thumb:
Great detail.Came out really nice.I could not believe how dirty it was.I guess thats what you get when a porsche lives on a farm.
doesnt live on a farm...its just some units they rent that was used to give me suitable cover from the weather
Oooh cool colour, that's the second Porche I see (in picture that is) about the same colour. I never knew Porches came in this colour, looks good. I'm shocked at the difference Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Pro and a 3M polishing pad made...hmm...maybe it's time I get my hands on some Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Pro
What did you use to take of the adhesive from the wheel weight? I have the same problem and its on pretty good.
