This saw a trip out to Reading to carry out an Enhancement detail which consists of a single stage machine polish Vehicle on arrival Wheels/Arches/Tyres -Bilberry wheel cleaner -Tardis -arches and tyres cleaned with Megs Super Degreaser Wash/Clay -foamed with citrus degreaser -washed with Megs shampoo Plus and lambswool washmitt -clayed with Sonus Green All machining was done with Menz Power Finish on a Polishing Pad. This removed all the swirls but did leave the deeper scratches which will be removed in few months time when in for full correction:thumb: 50/50 Before After Before After Before After After all machining was complete vehicle was given a IPA wipe down and paintwork given a coat of our £1300 wax Swissvax divine, this was followed up by a final wipe down with Zaino Z8 thanks for looking
Well done there Jayplay, those 50/50 pictures look great. Boy those rims hardly have any rubber on them, but they look great. Vehicle looks great....as usual :thumb:
Awesome detail and car but why in the world would they take off those beautiful CSL wheels and put on those hideous ones. I guess maybe they needed some extra cash haha.
Those Volk wheels are some of the lightest wheels on the market (probably the reason for the change-out). Brakes have been upgraded too, by the looks of it. Agree that the OEM CSL wheels are nice - some people like to personalize a bit though. At least there's a nod toward performance (not like heavy 20 inchers slapped on there).
correct, they are the lightest and he has them on as it is a track car...these wwheels can be picked up with 1 hand they so light
Interesting, guess it's not all about looks. I have always wondered how my car would perform if I put some light wheels on it.
