where are most of you guys getting your zymol stuff from? im looking into picking up glasur for spring time. how was customer service/shipping from the places youve found zymol? or were the products well stocked/ out of stock..delays? thanks!

 

Well it depends where your located, I'm located in Canada and eShine caries Zymol products so that's where I get all my goodies from.

If your in the US, I'm not too sure how many retailers there are of Zymol but you could always go to the source.

I got my stuff right from their websit..and it came with free shipping ($100 or more) The customer service was excellent too. i had to ask them a few questions on how to close the wax containers properly, and they acually explained it to me for like 10 mins...with out any attitude what so ever ! Nice people.

BTW the free shipping is priority, i think 2nd day or something like that

 

care to elaborate on the closing of the jar?

 

sure.. when i first tried to close the jar..it would just not go on.. so i was a little angry:devil:. So i decided to call, and the customer service guys exlained to me that you have to line up these 3 little "bumps" on the inside of the jar, with 3 "channels" on the lid. after you do that you just twist it the top onto the jar like you would anything else. And the funny thing is that i "googled" my problem, and it was a big complaint among a lot of people. BUt it is acually designed like that so the O-ring around the jar seals right so that the wax doesnt dry out!

lol..yea those jars can be a bit of a pain sometimes but they sure work well.
