Brand new with the typical "mario bros" issues, called in mark Zamzow to help me with this car and the black 16M we did last week.

After wash/clay back into the shop for thorough drying and start of the correction

After the LSP was stripped off, "Mario makes himself known..... chiao bella"

    More "quality paintwork" from Marenello........

Cannot blame the factory for this possibly(holo's) a little Englewood Cliffs NJ action me thinks......

    Decklid

Had to sand this section of the decklid

    After wool correction

    After intermediate polishing

Sanded the livery stripe on the hood

    After compounding

    More marring

    After compounding

Backlit for best lighting(Dave @ Street Dreams trick aka "The J")

DA sand scratches on the carbon rear grill

    After compounding

Close up pic of the grill to show the sand scratches are gone

During fine polishing stage, checking with the "Fenix" to make sure things are up to snuff

No correction shown on this pic, just like the angle = tightness

EVERY Ferrari I have worked on has left over polish or wax in the third brake light, a little boars hair brush action and QD

    Left over crust gone......

Wheels cleaned and tires stripped ready for dressing

    Handling the carbon diffuser

    Laying down on the job..........

Polishing the carbon doors(this part of the car Ferrari does WELL!!!)

Had a custom frame made for the client from Rob @ The paddock in Danville, CA = TIGHTNESS!!!!!

Leather interior on this 16M, different from all the others I have done (430 Scuderia's ) as all have had Alcantara/tech cloth

    All done

What is the point of posting a show and tell and not letting anyone know what products and methods were used?????? Also, considering the fact that some Ferraris have sold as much as $20 million dollars, I would have to say that they are doing more things right than just the carbon interior.

The car looks great, Bob!! The carbon fiber on the backs of the seats was pretty tight! I also liked the back lit photo, that came out pretty nice.

The old saying "Cannot please everyone"........ sorry to dissapoint YOU. The point is "fit & finish is not Ferrari's emphasis............. never has been as they focus on style and driving dynamics.

As for a step by step on how and what I have covered and why I do not do this anymore(YOU must have missed the memo lol) there is a good reason and I answer MANY PM's on the products I use and how they are used as many here can attest to prompt replies to thier PM's, now how come you do not make the same comments on Paul Daltons posts hmmmm??.

If you would take the time to read what forum you are in you would have noticed that this is the Show and Shine section not Show and Tell.

It's funny how haters such as yourself and a few others on this site that cannot correct paint bitch and moan when the guys that can correct paint will not share their secrets.

Why should the guys that know how to do it share their trade secrets?

I don't see you whining when Paul Dalton posts a write up or a video and does not post processes.

There's a reason why I don't post my processes or products used, it's how I make a living and feed my family.

Why should I make it easier for guys local to me to know what I know?

Now as far as some Ferraris being worth $20 million, it doesn't mean they rolled out if Maranello with perfect paint. You should the new Astons I have to spend 20 plus hours to correct.

Your ignorance shows you know nothing about paint correction and want everybody to give you the answers to the test.

Those who can do, those who can't hate.
