Hey guys, goin out of town this weekend to see my girlfriend...she accidentally rubbed up against a painted gate and got some paint transfer on her dads F250 King Ranch truck. She asked me if there is anything i can do to fix it  Im gonna take some ONR to wash the surface, then i will try my CG gray clay, then an orange pad/Megs 86....is there anything else that i should bring with me that might take care of it? She says there is no dents or anything, just the green gate paint on a beautiful blue truck. Hope this is the right forum but i didnt know where else to put it...any help is appreciated!

It all depends how bad the paint transfer is..whether its a heavy one or light one..but I have used a medium grade polish for heavy transfer and for light stuff I used DG 501 or a light polish...use a white or green LC pad...

do you know if it was a wooden gate..or metal gate..reason is Latex paint for wood is very easy to remove.....enamel for metal is not that hard..but you may need a medium polish...

but if you have a AIO type product..try that first...usally the cleaners will take it off

clay bar then some Glare Zero to fuse it all (dont worry it works)

or if you don't have that

Some Menzerna, Prima, 3M, Meguiars or other quality abrasive polishes
