depends entirely on the distance from us (colorado) to you... its cheaper to ship to California than it is to New York for example, cheaper to San Fransicso than San Diego, so I can't really quote shipping.

When it goes live you guys will be able to put in your own orders. If you go thru the checkout process and get to the screen where the shipping options are displayed and its too rich for your blood simply close the window. No need to buy if the shipping is to high.
