This Ferrari is a bit special as its their 60th anniversary model. Based on the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, the Sessanta ("60" in Italian) features signature wheels and trim, two-tone livery and an electrochromic glass roof with adjustable opacity. . As for performance, zero to 100 km/hour takes 4.2 seconds. Top speed: just shy of 200 mph. Only 60 were made and cost well over £200,000. This was booked in for full Swissvax treatment with Divine. Didnt take no before photo's due to time restraints. Front wings, bonnet (hood) and pillar's having most defects with the rest of the vehicle having only minor swirling and marring. All polishing was done using Meg's # 83 followed up with #80 then this followed by SV cleaner fluid. Wheels were treated with SV cleaner fluid followed by 2 coats of SV Autobahn. Tyres and exterior trim dressed with SV Pneu. Leather cleaned and conditioned and seals conditioned with SV Seal Feed. Engine bay rubber and plastics treated with SV Pneu. Tried to capture what it looks like sitting in back seat looking up thru the glass roof Thanks for looking
Wow that's nice. Looks like a piece of candy. What color is that? It looks bronze/burgandy depending on the angle... Super cool car!
Lovely vehicle :druling: such a clasy stance and the interior is gorgeous :applause: Thank you for sharing just a few questions. What wax did you use (I'm assuming Divine)? How did you apply SV cleaner fluid? How long did this one take? Hope you don't mind the questions eace:
yes Divine was used..and it was done over 2 days SV cleaner fluid was applied via rotary on a 3m black high gloss pad
Thanks for the information Jayplay, now I've never used a machine to apply the SV Cleaner fluid, I usually do it all by hand which do you prefer? Do you notice any difference applying it by hand vs applying with a rotary? Just curious that's all.
it depends how much time i have. By machine is alot quicker and you use less product i find aswell but i cant notice any difference between the 2. I do prefer by hand though Reg cleaner fluid is meant to be applied by hand, SV cleaner fluid Pro is meant to be applied by machine but i prefer using the Reg cleaner fluid as seems to leave a better finish to me. Thanks for the comments guy's
that is just plain sick!!! cars like that only exist to me in pics. you would never see a car like that in my neck of the woods!!!
