This client came to me by way of following my FaceBook page. I had never worked on one of these little FWD rockets before. Pretty damn cool car to be honest!! However, it was a prime example of how things can RAPIDLY harm your car. Even though it was a 2013, and only had 12k miles. The lack of protection, and use of automatic car washes, quickly wrecked this car's curb appeal. Here's how the salavation went down: -Vacuum Interior -Stains on rear seats removed with Adam's Carpet/Upholstery cleaner & Adam's Utility Towel -Dash, doors, instrument panel, etc. Handled with Adam's Total Interior Detailer, Adam's Utility Towel, and fine brushes, along with Adam's Detail Spray on the shiny parts -Engine bay soaked with Adam's APC, lightly scrubbed with Adam's Boars Hair Brush, then rinsed & blow dry with MetroVac Sidekick -Wheels cleaned with Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner & Adam's Turbo Stick -Tires & wheel wells scrubbed with Adam's APC -Pressure Wash car to knock off surface dirt -Foam cannon soak with MTM Hydro containing Adam's Car Wash Shampoo (3oz.) & Adam's Waterless Wash (2oz), rest of the 32oz. cannister filled with water -Full 2-bucket wash with Adam's Car Wash Shampoo & Adam's APC to strip existing protection -Rinse & leave car wet for clay bar process -Adam's Clay Bar & Adam's Great White Drying Towel & Adam's Detail Spray -Corrected with Rupes LHR21 Bigfoot, Adam's Orange Pad, & Adam's Correction Polish -Pulled car out to rinse compound dust -Polished with Adam's Finishing Polish & Adam's White Pad -Nourish engine bay with Adam's In/Out Spray, SVRT milk, & Adam's SVRT -Adam's Invisible Undercarriage Spray in wheel wells -Alcohol 70/30 mix wipedown -Apply Adam's Quick Sealant -Wipe down car with Adam's Waterless Wash to discharge static -Layer on Adam's Americana Paste Wax -All tires, plastic, and rubber fed with Adam's SVRT -Final inspection done with Adam's Detail Spray & Adam's Double Soft Towel BEFORE DOIN' WORK PAINT BEFORE POLISHING DURING POLISHING AFTER CORRECTION, BUT BEFORE FINISHING POLISH AFTERS Hope you enjoyed! Thanks for reading! ALWAYS here for any questions!
Thanks gentlemen!! Preciate y'all. It's a Behr floor coating. Got it all at home depot. Steps were as follows: 1) Spot clean oily stains with Adam's All Purpose Cleaner (not joking) 2) Apply Behr concrete floor etching 3) Tape off outer perimeter 4) Lay Behr concrete floor primer & cure 6 hours 5) Measure 6" border & tape off again 6) Lay Gator Grip textured floor coating & cure 24 hours 7) Tape inner edge of Gator Grip & lay Behr Tile Red w/ gold & black flake & let cure 24 hours 8) Apply Rustoleum clear coat w/ anti-slip promoter to entire surface 9) Let cure 72 hours & enjoy!!
Chase, Can you compare the cutting powers of your 2 new polishes to that of like Meguiars or Menzerna since Im most familiar with them?
