My .45 is coming for my bday ... still debating if I should get the SA 1911 or .XDM .45 3.8. One of my buddies just got the XDM .45 and we went to the range last week. It's really nice. Have you bought yours yet?
I have two SA 1911's, and just bought a XD .45 compact for daily carry....... I looked at the XDM' nothing I needed that would justify a higher price IMO. Great gun none the less, ive shot a few different calibers of the XDM, flawless like the XD. LOL something about owning a 1911 is very satisfying and if you are a enthusiast its a gun I highly recommend owning.
