It should if the Dewalt takes a 5/8" thread.

thanks for reply. ill let you know tonight which 4" pads i want. i know ill take green, 2 whites, but forgot what i ordered from DD. most likely will want couple orange once but not sure if i ordered yellow, i know i got 4 but not sure which once
