Ok, I bought a few of these and love them. anyway this light is up for sale, it is not the light I use for detailing, I have a different set up. anyway, these sell for 75.00 etc. LOWEST I will go is $70.00 SHIPPED. it has surefire batteries, not some generic OTC battery, these batteries last allot longer. hey man, i dont really NEED one, but if you cant sell it after a week or two, let me know and i might take it off your hands. im looking for another weaponlight.
I have one on my AR, its awesome.... this one was in my Vest, but i'm now running a SFx300 on my 1911 so this is sort of extra, I have a surefire in its place........its a great light, just sort of big for what i'm using it for. Fenix is all the rage out here, I got half my friends carrying them on duty, and a gun store my friend owns dumped streamlight in favor of selling Fenix LOL. Id like to see them come out with dedicated set up like the surefire scout system, small and durable...
yeah im running a G2 LED on mine right now and im happy with that. you can never have enough flashlights, lol. the fenix LD20 is really nice and i almost always have that on my person or in my car or something.
I love the G2, i put a 150 LLumen Cree bulb in mine and its bright as anything out there. Ive noticed there is not a huge difference between 150-250 Llumen, its more about the beam pattern.
Check out the new Fenix TK35. 820 lumens. I found mine on ebay for $95. Its hellabright. Not really for detailing work though. I sure do like that Tk12. Someone's gonna get a really nice light.
Don't let Phil hear you say that LOL !!. He uses a TK35 and I just recieved mine from him. I also have a TK11 . Great lights .
240 Llumes is damn bright, we used one a month ago on a CQB training class I took with some LE buddies and it was so bright I had to step down to my surefire because too much glare........and was creating temp night blindness for the operator, I now employ a red filter tip for indoor use. LOL If it does not sell, no worries I can always use extra, just thought someone could use a small break on the cost. Fenix in my mind was a complete joke up until a year ago, I thought it was a surefire knock off. Fenix is far brighter then any of the surefire products I own, the quality is on par. In fact its such a great product my friend started selling them in his gun shop and he cannot keep them in stock, for the money its one of the best lights hands down. Compare a tk12 to a Surefire C2 or Z series lights which is twice as much. (250-300 for a light) and compare output the fenix is better. Is it battle tested like surefire, not really but for most people who cares.
Nice light i love my TK40 and would be interested if were open to any trades + cash? Not on topic but i was interested in what 1911 you have. I just bought the new Remington 1911 after waiting 12 weeks for it.
Springfield Loaded all Wilson Combat internals Trijicon night sights, Novak rail, MC Operator grips, Surefire x300
Thanks, its a great reliable firearm.... this gets used too, Its probably has 1500 rounds down it a month maybe?
Nice kimber...... My friend and I own a Dillion precision re loader........ but yeah, 3-400 a month on ammo easy, not just for the .45, .223, .40, etc. Not shown is my USP .45, my wife's Sig p229 FBI/ SAS some various .22s and Remington 870 tactical.
