Hey guys, my dad is convinced on buying this product. He's asked me for advice, and I have no experience with it.

Can anyone give me any insight into Forever Black Tire Gel? He's going to be using it on higher walled tires (truck/suv) and probably some black textured plastic.

I have tried it. It is certainly is a gel very thick and very black.

It has black pigment in it

    It is water based

    It dries in minutes

    It won't attract dust

    It is water resistant

It will restore old and faded tires to new looking

It is a good product and the application is a bit weird at first because of the thickness

It will blacken any white wall or white letters

It is worth trying. I liked it...

    Thanks! I'll let him know.

Is this good for a dressing? Or just a restoration product? What I mean is, do you use this product, then top with something? Or just this product, and that's it?

petkel, I have never topped it with anything. It may need a second coat. I'm glad you asked
If you pressure wash the tires before hand your dad's results will be be better. You need to clean out those big pores for better adhesion too...:thumb:
