Are the foam cannons for a regular garden hose any good?? Are they worth it? If so, which ones do a good job? Don't have a pressure washer.
They are decent. But it does depend on how hard your water is. And they don't foam like a pressure washer powered one does.
i'm happy with my gilmour foam gun. i think phil has them over at dd. pressure washers do a better job of making a really nice uniform foam, but this works for me.
You can get three types that I'm aware of; - foam gun - gargden hose type - foam cannon - pressure washer type - foam cannon - air compressor type I prefer the foam cannon's, they put out a lot more foam, simular to shaving cream. If you don't have a pressure washer or price is a factor then the foam gun is a good choice.
Ohh Ohhh, didn't know about an air compressor type...I have one of those. Where can I find/research that one? Are they as good as the pressure washer ones?
Most of the foam cannons are available with adapters for various power washers, they have two for the Karcher PW.
