Iv been searching for some all weather floor mats for my girlfriends 2012 Corolla S and was wondering if you guys had any preference on brand. I mainly just wanted something that was a nice fit and made specifically for the Corolla and not a universal cutout. The 2 mats I was looking at are the WeatherTech all weather and the Toyota all weather ones. Have you ever had fist hand experience with these? Is there another brand I should be looking into that you would suggest? What do you recommend? Thanks. I dont have any experience with the Toyota mats but, I LOVE the weathertech floorLINERS http://www.weathertech.com/toyota/2...ansmission-auto-or-manual-question/automatic/
Don't get the weathertech all weather Get the weathertech digital fit floor liner There is a difference The digital fit is like a bucket liner for the floor It is very rigid and hard and has high walls to protect from overspill
In general I just like to buy the rubber floormats produced by the maker of the car...they tend to fit and look best. However, they can be pricey and sometimes don't work out very well. My mom has a 2008 Mercedes GL450, and we bought Mercedes mats for it. They looked great, lovely color that matched the carpets and just looked really nice in the car. But there was a problem, which was that every time you got in and out of it your shoes would leave irritating black scuff marks on the mats, some of which still won't scrub off. All that being said, I still love the mats produced by the maker of the car, but Weathertech does make some very nice mats as well, one of those two should have you set.
