In reference to Cooter's recent thread, I am curious if there is a lense that I can screw on to the end of my camera to get this effect. The camera is a SONY DSC-F717. Has a 58mm thread. Thanks!
Hey Micha. I got my neice a screw on fish-eye lens from Amazon. It was a Zeikos brand. I got it in and was curious. So I took it out of the box and attached it to my 50mm 1.4. The pics were kinda blurry. I never could get it to focus. There are several brands out there. Probably better than the Zeikos brand. It was 52mm iirc. They do make them in 58mm

Zenitar 16mm Fisheye lenses run about $200 shipped. They're pretty good. I've seen some nice pics with them. I'm not sure if they make them for Sony's but its worth a look.
