What would you compare the light blue towel to?

Is that a new BP they have?

Nice your going to really like the Monster Microfibers they are great.

 

The monsters are great but I would soak them in water before you use them. May have just been my batch but when I washed mine the first few times they stained all of my other towels.

 

4 Washes and still shedding blue... seems like the dye they used was very strong.

 

Ya with the CG Monsters you're supposed to wash them separately from your other MFs, especially for the first few washes. Should be a note on the site about that.

 

Thats what I said too. I called CG because I was worried about the dye transferring onto leather but the guy I talked to assured me it wouldn't. Needless to say, I still won't use them on leather....

 

I always wash my microfbers before I use them good thing is I wash them with my other blue double sided plush microfibers from Detailed Image so there was no dye transfer.

 

It took me so long to realize what the first picture was! lol.

Congrats Sal. You made me LOL over the buying stuff you don't need comment. I recently bought that flexible backing plate that has been on sale for over a month. I absolutely love it. Never going back to my old one now.

 

Mine took the crapper this weekend on the recent paint correction job I was using it on the pcxp with the adapter I got from the DD 3" backing plate I got from Phil. The vibrations from the pc on speed 6 made it tear I am just going to get the 3M Perfect it III one now.

 

i screwed up I washed the blue with the yellow............ oops.

 

Oh well now you have green!

Thanks guys, I hope to use BL and V7 in 2 weeks on an Acura TL. The BP seems nice I like the "cushion" feel. I plan on using it with GG DA and Meg MF system soon. The light blue towel is the softest I have ever felt

 

So is that their new bp that is supposed to be like the 3M bp? What is the name of the light blue towel, and how thick is it?

actually just made the yellow look deeper yellow..........

I believe it is similar to the 3M, the towel is the shaggy fur ball
