This is my first show and shine, and first time with a full detail. I hope you guys enjoy. Products used were the PC7424, Pinnacle's XMT #3, #1, Finishing glaze, DuPont Paint Protector.
Great job on the chevy, any time your in the Bay area and want to learn on the rotary , give me a shout..........Angelo:headbang:
I'm in the Bay area right now actually...only until the 2nd though and then it's back to school. I really want to get some Menzerna products on my car and see how it could really look.
Looks great for the first time, a little more practice and you will achieve the result you want. Now lets see your dad's vette cleaned up. Also you might want to take Angelo up on his offer, he does great work.
It's nice to see another GM fan in the house. Looks real good for the first time around and I really like pinnacle products too...:thumb:
Actually...when I went to see the car, I thought I was going to see the Torch Red color, but when I saw this one, I didn't want the Torch Red anymore haha. Asphalt, I will pull the Vette out tomorrow. Our garage door is being replaced and when the lawn guys came today, they got grass all over the back. I'll have to dust it off for pictures. Fortunately, I drove my car across the street to the neighbor's driveway to keep it out of harm's way haha.
A rotary will make this baby sweet looking, looking forward for the pictures of the vette.........:headbang:
I don't know how to use a rotary yet. I have a guy here in town that said he will teach me, the only problem is I won't be able to do that until April or so because I go back to school on the 2nd.
Great job on the first time. I remember I started the exact same way as you with a PC and the XMT line. The car looked great but as I learned more and got the hang of the rotary and found really great products the results were great! As good as your car looks now, and it does you will be amazed yourself at how good you will get.
Man...all I want now are some Menz products. I think Asphalt is going to send me some samples of stuff so I can try them out.
Great Job there buddy....welcome to DB btw. Can't wait to post my first show and shine when spring hits.
