I in no way want this to steal Scott's thread about his car but I thought I would post this since I have had several threads asking for advice and opinions on my search for finding the right car. oh yeah FYI, RBOE looks great on red so does FK1000P! Dont know if you have had a red car but just know from mine that those two look amazing.
Good call Ankeet I was already looking online to find a good wax for it hahaha. I feel like I need to have RBOE in my arsenal anyway so I think I'll have to order some. And yeah this is my first red car I have had all white cars before this lol. I am stoked for it.
nice ride. they haver nice interiors, but imho, that front end looks like poo. no offense of course. hows the handling/comfort of the ride? hows the steering response?
Yeah the front end is definitely unique and will take some getting used to but I like it, the interior is amazing the car hugs you and the steering is phenomenal for a car in this class, compared to the civic or corolla its trounces them. When I drove it I fell in love with it. And despite on 167 hp, it really pulls. When you take DCF the tires will peel haha.
Congrats on the purchase Chas!!! I'm definitively considering the previous gen mazdaspeed 3 as my next car (hopefully this year).
Congrats Chas. You know Frank's brother has a red Mazdaspeed 3 but it is the older bodystyle. I bet yours will be much cleaner than his!

Thanks Chuck! Haha well as of now the interior is clean but the dealer definitely got to it, there is light marring and spotty swirling on some of the rear panels. Will, thanks buddy, haven't worked on it yet its been way too cold but when it gets a tad warmer I am definitely going to town on it.
hahaha I mean I just picked it up today lol plus I was in Chicago all Christmas weekend apparently I missed out on the summer weather.
