Finally got AC in the shop

Being a sweaty mess can really ruin a detail for me. Im not that good at stopping to drink while detailing so when I am a sweaty mess I end up feeling extremely taxed. So, I finally got AC!

15'000 BTU in wall frigidaire..... It is paying for itself during today's job!

I feel it's a must for those hot humid days. Mine is just a window unit but it's enough to remove the humidity and make it comfortable to work in.

Been out of town for the week hence the lag on pictures...

I stopped doing mobile work 3 years ago when I converted my home garage into a functional workshop... Only thing I am lacking is a lift which I will have in a little bit. 600 sq ft with 11 ft ceilings.

Chad's (Rasky) shop was what got me inspired to do so

 

It is days like yesterday and today that can provide the reason to purchase a window air conditioner for the garage to beat the heat.
