Hello Ferrari F430 F1 from 2009 with little over 300 miles for a new car detail, well after seeing the car and knowing that all F430 comes trashed from Factory, i did a full detail. It was a work for 6 full days and the 7 for the last coat of wax, the F430 was full of sanding marks, light swirls and some heavy holograms in some spots...and a lot of polish. more marks... Some glue PPG finish Day one The interior protected from...me The usual wash and claying sessions, no big deal just some grime in the lower parts Just foam for washing the wheels and brakes Foam lance in action after 3 minutes Ready for drying Dried Tar removed with sonax tar remover... the after The rims were polished and cleaned with Z-AIO, sealed with Z2 pro x 5 Day Two Starting with another coat of Z2 Pro Taped all fragile areas The paint was measured and it gives good signs for a perfect correction The bonnet had paint After with a lot of patiente and clay Starting the polishing session The had many unremoved sanding marks with a lot of micro marring Po203 for cutting the defects and sometimes 3M FCP finished with 3M ultrafina. Before After Side severed marked After some sanding, compound, polishing and finishing The other side Sanding with 1500,2000 and 4000 Leaving a thin scratch, much better. The bonnet. Holograms and sanding marks....and swirls. Day 3 After Paint corrected Roof with some heavy scratches... After one go with 3M FCP and 3M Ultrafina The drivers door was lightly marked Fully corrected Next panel, the before After with some smear of the polish Even this didn´t escaped Some minutes after Another before after Deep hologram here from a badly attemp to remove a scratch... Paint check Sanding the defect and then compounded and polished Sanding marks removed With greater detail Side corrected The fuel hole with some marring and without them The engine trunk had some (more) sanding marks and i don´t understand how they leave this cars out of the factory like this after 2 hours... Almost 02:00 and i called for a day....14 hours working Day Four No comments AFter The famous SM (sanding marks) Removed Side of the bumper All taken care more of the same... Another correction stage Ferrari are learning with Aston Marting regarding the sanding...:doublesho After Day 5 The last panel to be corrected 3M FCP, PO 203 and 3M uF Before the after Exaust before after The jewling of the paint took 5 hours and then Top inspection and final wash Lights detailed Cleaning the front with some Z-AIO Finished 1st layer of Z. Concours Another coat of Z2 pro and tire dresser another day finished Day 6 Engine time Before After cleaned with 1Z UC and dressed with Z-AIO Dirty Clean Polished with autosol metal shine All finished Window cleaned with HD Cleanse. Cleaned and sealed with Z-AIO Interior removed the matricola with ps as requested by the owner Leather cleaned and conditioned Polished and waxed with Z. Concours after 2º coat and Field Glaze, show off time The F430 shining like...new now Day 7 3º Coat of Z. Concours Ready for delivery My next work and just finished last friday, Aston Martin DB9 Volante All the work was completed in almost 62 hours....for a new car, way to go Ferrari :doublesho Regards
Amazing job and great pics too, I enjoyed looking at them. I am surprised that Ferrari doesn't have better detailers to make new cars really look new. I have been to the factory in Maranello (the new one was under construction) and I have to say I wouldn't mind living there and detailing their cars, if they let me take them out on the circuit first of course.

Your attention to detail is outstanding and the results speak for themselves, truly awesome job perfecting every crack and crevice of the 430. And what better way to prove the high level or correction achieved than with direct sun shots :headbang:
