Ok, so my friend got one of these and keeps it in his patrol car, HOLY CRAP, its about if not brighter then a police car spot light....... we were doing some night shooting and out to 300 yards and beyond its like day light. (750 yards is actual throw) Anyway for the price its the best deal on the market I have found for a full size high llumen light.... Im sure phil can get them.... I stopped buying LED lights that do not have CREE LEDs, there are a lot of cheap LEDs out there that do not last believe it or not. Ive been very happy with FENIX, and have seen them get beat down where other LEDs will fail. Coming from being a Surefire addict, that says a lot about the quality of Fenix lights.
there are several good LED manufacturers and most that are on that site i never had problems with. Cree, philips, seul semiconductors. never had problems, just some light claim they have more then reality but thats couse of circuit manufacturers or whatever.
